I understand and agree that neither Boeing Employees’ Credit Union (“BECU”), Lynnwood Convention Center, any other Event attendees, or any of their respective directors, officers, employees or volunteers are responsible for my personal safety or the safe-keeping of my personal belongings, while attending the BECU Annual Summit (the “Event”). By registering for the Event and/or by using this ticket to gain admittance, I hereby agree to release forever from liability and to fully indemnify and hold harmless BECU, Lynnwood Convention Center and their business invitees (including, but not limited to, each party’s respective directors, officers, employees and volunteers) from and against any and all liability, including, but not limited to, personal injuries (including death), costs, expenses, property losses or damages occasioned by, or arising from, or related in any manner to, attendance at the Event or a visit to Lynnwood Convention Center on the date of the Event. I expressly grant permission to BECU to photograph and make audio and/or video recordings of me at the Event and for any such photographs, video or audio content (collectively, “Content”) to be used by BECU as it deems fit. I understand that BECU will own all intellectual property rights, if any, related to such Content. I hereby irrevocably transfer, assign, and otherwise convey to BECU my entire right, title and interest, if any, in and to the Content in perpetuity. I acknowledge and agree that I have no right to review or approve Content before it is used by BECU, and that BECU has no liability to me for any editing or alteration of the Content or for any distortion or other effects resulting from BECU’s editing, alteration, or use of the Content. I will not receive or be entitled to receive compensation for the use of such Content.  I agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations of Lynnwood Convention Center while attending the Event or and to obey all posted rules and instructions. I agree that all of the foregoing terms and conditions apply equally to me and to any minor children attending the Event who are under my supervision, and that the terms “I,” “me,” and “my” as used above apply equally to me and to any such children, jointly and severally.
